**三民主義第二講à四種沒有自由的人：公務人員、黨員、軍人、學生**

1. 隱私保護範圍：「空間隱私」、「私密隱私」

(1)空間隱私：保障個人生活私密領域免於他人侵擾及個人資料之自主控制。

(2)私密隱私：保障人民決定是否揭露其個人資料、及在何種範圍內、於何時、以何種方式、向何人揭露之決定權，並保障人民對個人資料之使用有知悉與控制權及資料記載錯誤之更正權。

2. 憲法基礎第22條：「凡人民之其他自由及權利，不妨害社會秩序公共利益者，均受憲法之保障。」

 

 

1. 問題導向學習-->法醫學院，多元學習。

2. 天主教輔仁大學大學部的學生，有兩個主要的入學管道：寒假舉行的「大學學科能力測驗」與暑假舉行的「大學入學指定科目考試」。寒假舉行的大學學科能力測驗，藉由測驗國文、英文、數學、社會、自然等科目，查看學生的四項能力：

1. 是否具備高中生應有的基本學科知能
2. 是否具備接受大學教育應有的基本知能
3. 通識導向：結合生活或整合不同領域
4. 重視理解與應用的能力

暑假舉行的大學入學指定科目考試，測驗國文、英文、數甲、數乙、物理、化學、生物、歷史、地理、公民與社會等科目，測驗學生的四項能力：

1. 測驗考生對重要學科知識的了解。
2. 測驗考生閱讀資料、判斷資料、推理、分析等能力。
3. 測驗考生表達的能力。
4. 測驗考生應用學科知識的能力。

Strategies for Writing a Good Reading Response Paper

 

(1)從閱讀引發的議題，必須站穩立場。

  Define your personal stance towards the issues raised in the readings.

(2)避免空泛，要精準。

Avoid generalities, be specific.

(3)專注在不同意的論點，或可以深入探討的爭論

  Focus on the points where you disagree, or where you can push the argument further.

(4)引用自己的經驗或其他的文獻

  Cite examples from your personal experience or from other literature.

(5)挑起問題，即使不知道答案

Ask provocative questions, even if you do not know the answers.

(6)學生的報告可能提供給其他同學參考，做為課堂討論的資料。
  Your paper will be made accessible to other members of the class after the deadline. It will be part of discussion in class.

(7)必須在每週上課之前，繳交報告，不接受遲到的報告。
  Papers must be submitted in the morning before each class. No late papers are accepted.
