今日上課筆記：

常用MARC21欄號

 

a.常用欄位僅占10%左右，原則上每個欄位都必須使用欄號”a”。

b.欄位020(ISBN)例外，可能在無ISBN資訊($a)的情況下卻可使用獲得方式($c)。

C.部分欄位可重複(R，Repeatable)，部分欄位為必備。

 

主要常用分欄為：(此僅列最主要欄位)

   010：(Library of Congress Control Number，LCCN，NR)

(1)指標未定。

 

   020：國際標準書號(International Standard Book Number，ISBN) (R)

(1)指標一與指標二皆未定，以空格(#)表示。

(2)分欄：

• $a：ISBN(NR，Non Repeatable)
• $c：價格或價格相關資訊 / 發行性質或價格(Terms of availability[often a price]，NR)
• $z：取消的 / 無效的ISBN(Cancelled / Invalid ISBN，R)

 

   100：主要款目 – 個人名稱(Main entry – Personal name [primary author]，NR)

(1)指標一人名形式(Type of personal name entry element)

0 – 以名字著錄(Forename)

1 – 以姓或姓名著錄(Surname)       This is the most common form.

3 – 家族名稱(Family name)

(2)指標二未定，以空格(#)表示(Undefined)

(3)常用分欄：

• $a：姓名(Personal name，NR)
• $b：世代數(Numeration，NR)
• $c：頭銜等修飾語(Titles and words associated with a name，R)
• $q：全稱(Fuller form of name，NR)
• $d：生卒年(Dates associated with a name，NR)

 

   245：題名及著者敘述項(Title Statement，NR)

(1)為必備欄。

(2)指標一題名附加款目(Title added entry)

0 – 題名不宜作為附加款目 (No added entry)

1 – 題名附加款目 (Added entry)

(3)指標二不排序字元(Nonfiling characters)

0 – 無不排序字元 (No nonfiling characters)

1~9 – 不排序字元數 (Number of nonfiling characters)

(4)分欄：

• $a：正題名(Title，NR)
• $b：其他題名(Remainder of title，NR)
• $c：著者敘述(Statement of responsibility, etc.，NR)
• $h：媒體(Medium，NR)
• $n：編次(Number of part / section of a work，R)
• $p：編次名稱(Name of part / section of a work，R)
• $f：含日期(Inclusive dates，NR)
• $g：大量日期(Bulk dates，NR)
• $k：形式(Form，R)
• $s：版本或版本日期(Version，NR)
• $6：Linkage，NR
• $8：Field link and sequence number，R

 

   440：Series statement / Added entry

This field was made obsolete in 2008 to simplify the series statement.

2008年為簡化集叢項而廢棄此欄位。

ü   改為490與830。

 

   490：集叢項(Series statement [No added entry is traced from field]，R)

(1)指標一集叢是否作為檢索款目

0 – 集叢不被檢索(Series not traced)

1 – 集叢被檢索(Series traced，8XX is in record)

(2)指標二 undefined

(3)分欄：

• $a：集叢題名(Series statement，R)
• $v：集叢號(Volume number，R)
• $x：國際標準叢刊號(International Standard Series Number，ISSN，NR)

 

   800：集叢附加款目 -- 個人名稱(Series added entry – Personal name，R)

(1)指標一人名形式(Type of personal name entry element)

0--以名字著錄(Forename)

1--以姓或姓名著錄(Surname)

3--家族名稱(Family name)

(2)指標二 undefined.

0--不排序字元(no nonfiling characters)

1~9--不排序字元數(Number of nonfiling characters present[ for initial articles, including spaces])

(3)常用的欄位：

• $a：劃一題名(Uniform title，NR)
• $v：卷期/序號(Volume number，NR)
